Which parties are developing the project?

The project is owned and developed by ENECO Holding N.V. and Q7 Holding BV (Econcern BV + Energy Investments Holding). Permits were obtained by E-connection.

Which parties are involved in the building and maintenance of the project?

The wind farm is being built by affiliates of Vestas Systems A/S and Van Oord Dredging and Marine Contractors B.V. The wind turbines will initially be operated by Vestas Offshore, an affiliate of Vestas, under a 5-year warranty, operations and maintenance contract.
Several subcontractors (like ABB for the electrical transformer station, Smulders for the foundations, and Mammoet Van Oord for the installation) are working for the main contractors.
